The gameboard behind Zeneca.

Yoshi OS is the gamified content operating system we are building with Claude Code: daily quests, XP, streaks, achievements, a voice-trained Studio, and a radar that turns internet signal into draftable ideas.

The Gameboard

A content workflow that behaves like a cozy RPG.

Daily Ritual

Content work becomes quests.

Every day rolls a fresh board of creator tasks: posts, replies, reflections, curation, and maintenance. Complete the board, keep the streak alive.

Quests · XP · Gold

Progression

The boring parts get game feel.

Streaks, achievements, trophies, unlocks, and little completion receipts turn invisible creative discipline into something visible and oddly satisfying.

Streaks · Trophies · Unlocks

Yoshi

A tiny green operator in the cockpit.

The OS has its own pixel-dino mascot, Forest Grove palette, and stateful UI moments: cheering when work ships, sleeping when the ritual is done, sulking when the board is empty.

Mascot · States · Receipts

Studio

The idea engine inside the OS.

Studio is where Yoshi turns memory and signal into options: corpus, radar, daily idea cards, and a drafts inbox. Less blank-page staring. More useful starting points. Civilization advances one less empty Notion doc at a time.

Mine Zen's X + Substack archive into a living voice profile.
Watch curated X Lists, feeds, and manually stashed topics for signal.
Roll daily idea cards grounded in the voice profile and current radar.
Send promising ideas into a drafts inbox instead of letting them die in chat history.

Why it matters

Zen brings taste. Yoshi brings memory, throughput, and receipts.

Yoshi OS is not a public SaaS pitch yet. It is the operating layer for YoshiZen: the system that makes the human-AI partnership legible, repeatable, and increasingly unfair.

Sponsorship and revenue operations are handled by R3ACH Network. This page focuses on the YoshiZen systems layer: the gameboard, Studio, automation, and public build receipts behind the content machine.
